James Mosieur – Director
James Mosieur is CEO of RMS Communications Group, Inc., and the man that came up with the idea for the 911 Cell Phone Bank. He was born in Connecticut in 1965 and re-located to Florida in 1985 to help his brother with his start up communications company.
This start up eventually grew into several businesses that James and his company built and sold including a paging network in the late 1980's, a message on hold business in the early 1990's and an electronics parts distributor in the mid 1990's. Along the way James honed his business skills and turned out to be seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with a solid grasp on business systems.
In the Fall of 2004, Mosieur started the 911 Cell Phone Bank as an initiative of The The Charitable Recycling Foundation, Inc., a 501(©)(3) public charity.
Along with building businesses James enjoys public speaking, investing in real estate, vintage guitars, motorcycles and writes a cell phone based news and opinion blog.

Conrad Melancon - Director
Conrad Melancon is the President of RMS Communications. He joined the company in November of 2004 as the Director of Business Development and has also held the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He assumed his current position in January of this year. Conrad has more than 10 years in the wireless industry starting originally by managing a retail booth located inside a Wal-Mart store in Northern California.
Since that time he has owned, developed and sold a chain of wireless stores, served as the Executive Director for a non-profit association, performed duties as the Sales Manager for a wireless service provider. Most recently, Conrad and his family moved from California to central Florida to assume his current position. Besides a varied career in the wireless industry, Conrad also served for more than 16 years in military where he served as both an enlisted member and a commissioned officer.

Ken Kane - Director of Sales and Marketing
Ken Kane joined RMS Communications in January of 2006 as Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining RMS Ken served in various progressive sales and management roles including new business start-up for leading public and private sector waste management and rental equipment companies. Throughout the past 20 years Ken has developed a broad background in management including recycling, solid and hazardous waste management.
