• While the 911 Cell Phone Bank Program provides funds as well as no-cost emergency cell phones and postage-free mailers, there are no initiation or membership fees requested from our participants. As a nonprofit organization, we want to continue providing the level of benefits we have been offering while minimizing costs.

• Because we receive numerous requests from around the nation, we must review each request based on available personnel and budgeted funds. While we would love to accept each and every one of them, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them all.

• If you would like to extend a 911 Cell Phone Bank attendance or presentation invitation for an upcoming meeting, please your request including dates, times, costs, contact and any other pertinent information.
